Fair Use Policy

Rapidnet Broadband Fair Use Policy Home Lite Microwave

Rapidnet Broadband’s Fair Use Policy (FUP) is only applicable to the HomeLite packages. All packages will be reset on the 1st of every month thus replenishing your data for the month ahead. The FUP is implemented as follows:

Up to 2Mbps Package:

You are granted 100Gigs of anytime data, once you have reach your 100Gigs of data usage then your line speed will be reduced to 512Kbps for the remainder of the month.

Up to 5Mbps Package:

You are granted 200Gigs of anytime data, once you have reach your 200Gigs of data usage then your line speed will be reduced to 1Mbps for the remainder of the month.

Up to 10Mbps Package:

You are granted 300Gigs of anytime data, once you have reach your 300Gigs of data usage then your line speed will be reduced to 2Mbps for the remainder of the month.

Rapidnet Broadband’s Fair Use Policy (FUP)(Fibre) is only applicable to the Fibre HomeLite packages. All packages will be reset on the 1st of every month thus replenishing your data for the month ahead. The FUP is implemented as follows:

Up to 5Mbps Package:

You are granted 200Gigs of anytime data, once you have reach your 200Gigs of data usage then your line speed will be reduced to 2Mbps for the remainder of the month.

Up to 10Mbps Package:

You are granted 300Gigs of anytime data, once you have reach your 300Gigs of data usage then your line speed will be reduced to 2Mbps for the remainder of the month.

Up to 20Mbps Package:

You are granted 400Gigs of anytime data, once you have reach your 400Gigs of data usage then your line speed will be reduced to 5Mbps for the remainder of the month.
